We do the 18 cm high, generally 15 cm to 20 cm in normal, if need other size please tell me. If you need couple please choose 2 pieces.

After you finished selecting your requirements in the list, you can send us back along with your face, pose and background pictures. We will give you some idea and quotation.

No response within 48 hours will be deemed as approved, and well go on to the processes. Once the figurine was baked, it can not be changed any more.

Craft time is approximately 2-4 weeks based on order volume. Expedited service is available with additional cost. Clear capture of eyes, nose, ears and mouth from the front. Body must be visible in the photo (if you want to change your body style to others, just send us the photo of the body you want your figurine to be). Additional photo taken from the side is preferred.
